David W. Rubin
David Rubin has had extensive trial experience in State and Federal Court in complex commercial, real estate, and corporate litigation for more than 30 years. He began his career associated with the Manhattan law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and later practiced with the Connecticut law firm of Schatz & Schatz, Ribicoff & Kotkin before he started his own law firm in 1996. Mr. Rubin graduated cum laude from the State University of New York, at Albany in 1988 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1991. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut (1991); the U.S District Court District of Connecticut (1992); The United States Court of Appeal 2nd Circuit (1994); State of New York (1996); U.S. District Court Southern District of New York (1996); and U.S. District Court Eastern District (1996).

Jonathan D. Jacobson
Jonathan Jacobson is a partner with the Firm where he focuses his practice primarily in the area of commercial litigation. His practice also includes property, tort, and probate litigation. Jonathan graduated from Hofstra University in 2010 and Quinnipiac University School of Law Magna Cum Laude in 2014. He is admitted to practice in the Connecticut and New York state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He works directly with clients and is personally involved in all aspects of representation from client intake through trial and appeal.
Super Lawyers Magazine has named Attorney Jacobson to the Connecticut Rising Stars list as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Connecticut every year from 2017 to 2023. In his spare time, Jonathan serves his community as an elected member of the Stamford Board of Representatives. He enjoys hiking with his family and their dog Chewbacca.
